Eating for Two? Essential Nutrients for your Pregnancy Diet

Eating well during pregnancy doesn’t necessarily mean eating for two.  Women on average do not get the right amount of nutrients they need during pregnancy. Food alone does not provide all the right amount of nutrients and that is why pregnant women are given dietary supplements.
