To care about others

Weird.

Listen to children.
What are some of the most rewarding (and/or challenging) aspects of being a parent for you?
Seeing my children grow up to be independent. The challenge is sometimes one feels inadequate for not being able to provide something they need.
What was the most rewarding (and/or hardest) period of your career/entrepreneurship journey?
Being self-employed made it easier to spend more time with them but earned less.
What are your thoughts about your current line of work?
I am finally doing what I love.
What do you think the world needs more of right now?
Safe space for children. At home, at school and in the community.
Is there something that you wish you had experienced that you haven’t yet experienced?
Yes. Thinking about me and not everyone else. Like buying myself stuff and doing things I like. A holiday.
At this stage in your life, what are some of your best family memories?
Just sitting at home watching movies, eating and talking and laughing.
What is the greatest piece of advice you’ve ever received from your mum? #MumWasRight
