This weekend retreat will be all about connecting to nature, different styles of yoga, learning the fundamentals of Ayurveda, relaxation and meditation, discovering your unique constitution and creating a health plan that works for you. There will also be a cookery demonstration to help you understand how you can make little changes in your kitchen that have a big impact on your health. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be abundant and delicious food in line with Ayurvedic principles.
