Lucy Muchiri is a midwife service provider for soon-to-be parents. Helping mothers especially the new ones has always been her passion. She works for eve’s mama. Her decision to become a midwife is what she considers to be one of the best in her life. She enjoys the training. And she found it natural to make home visits, offer guidance and share information about pregnancy, breastfeeding, new born care and birth control with expectant and new parents. In 1999 she was registered by the Nursing Council of Kenya as Midwife.
Her practice as a Midwife and mother led to the realization that the need for more empowerment, education, guidance and capacity for expectant and new parents was dire. So, she decided to be the change she sought in this world. Hence, she the founded eve’smama.
Lucy Muchiri provides antenatal care and support, birth preparation, care during labor and birth, post natal care and support and breastfeeding support. Also, she has helped many families through pregnancy, birth and the first few months of parenthood. Let her be the manual that comes with your child to help you through the tough times.
