Chef Ali’s Potato Salad
Want to make potato salad for the next barbecque you are hosting?
1kg potatoes cubed
1 sweet pepper diced
1 onion sliced
Handful coriander chopped
1 cup thick yoghurt
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon black pepper
Boil potatoes in salty water until soft at bite. Let the potatoes cool at room temperature then add in the onions, sweet pepper, yoghurt, black pepper, half coriander and salt to taste toss the salad until mixed then garnish with the remaining coriander. Enjoy the salad as it is or with any of your favorite BBQ grill.
